The 90 Days to Flourish package will guide you forward onto the right path of self care, self respect and self love to flourish in your health, career, relationships and confidence.

Sessions are one hour appointments that will take place over the phone OR preferably an online video call. Support via email or messenger will be available during the 90 days. After each appointment you will receive some home practice and resources that will apply to the session. Each appointment will provide you with a safe container for open discussion.  Mentoring you on how to uplevel in a self loving way.
