For years, I struggled to stay committed to regular movement. As I moved into midlife, I noticed the changes... the stubborn weight, the fluctuating energy, and the emotional shifts that come with peri-menopause. It wasn’t just about exercise anymore. It was about everything.
This changed when I stopped chasing perfection and committed to doing the real work - the inner work, the body work, and the mindset shifts that brought me back into alignment.
Now, I feel grounded, strong, and more connected to my body than ever before. Fitness became a tool for empowerment... not punishment. And self-compassion became the foundation for consistency.
